Our philosophy
When hiring co-workers the Silbernagl family puts high priority to politeness and professional outlook. Reliability, punctuality, professionality and a sense of responsibility and duty are some of the crucial selection criteria for applicants who would like to work for our renowned coach company in South Tyrol. Punctuality is our credo and all legal regulations, such as driving times and rest periods for drivers, are of utmost importance to offer our clients a reliable service.
Safety has a particular high priority at our coach company in South Tyrol. Risks, dangerous situations and mistakes need to be prevented and all safety measures taken to ensure the individual safety of all parties involved – employees, clients, suppliers etc. In case of negligent behaviour, violations or safety risks, the employer or responsible need to be informed at once in accordance with the legislative decree 231/2001.
Management systems and company goals
We have introduced three management systems to reach our company goals. One system deals with further development of quality standards (ISO 9001:2008), the second with work and health safety (BS OHSAS 18001:2007) and the third with long-term environmental protection (ISO 14001:2015). Thanks to these systems measures are taken, which go beyond legal rules and regulations, to constantly improve and enhance work safety, quality and environmental protection. The family’s mind-set to do more than legally required contributes greatly to the success of our South Tyrolean coach company and is an indicator of their strong vision and entrepreneurial spirit.
